ABOUT MUS!!!
Muhd Muslimin Muhamad started his business in 2007. As for the beginning, he shares an office with his introducer - Mohamad Adry Radzali, and his friend - Mohd Afifi Abdul Rasid, in NSG Premier Consultant, Wangsa Maju Kuala Lumpur. They worked and struggled together just to make sure that they will achieve great success in the business. While busy making deals with the clients, Mus at the same time has to develop a leader within him. He slowly develops himself, to be tremendous leaders that influence so many people. His desires to help those people made him the most lovable and trusted leader among others. He said, “My GAM (Dr Niki Syuhada) and my introducer is my mentor and I have learned so many tips and knowledge about every aspect of the business from them.”
Back then, in NSG Premier Consultant, Mus has developed tremendously well from sharing the office to owning his own office. His team is expending from one to fifteen people and it is still expending. He proudly named his team OPTIMUS. Having his own team, Mus responsibilities become larger. He is not only developing himself but he is also developing every personnel in his team. In Jun of 2004, Mus has joined Train the Trainer – TTT course, by Dr Lawrence Walter Ng. This course is a blessed for Mus because, it totally change him to become a very dynamic leader. His personal sales boost up and his team expending into double and keep expending. He manages to move himself from being a Rising Star to a Yoda whereas a Rising Star he is being guided but as a Yoda he has to guide.
In 2009, his introducer, Mohamad Adry Radzali, manage to open his own agency. Now, Adry became Mus newly GAM – Group Agency Manager. Together, they moved to open the new agency called RICH Ike Wealth Creator Agency at Melawati Urban 1 Kuala Lumpur. As a new agency, with the helped of their Sifu - Dr. Lawrence Walter Ng, the agency has been re-branding to suit the new business target. Here, Mus has been newly brand to RICH Knight – Magician and his team been called RICH Optimus. Mus is an avid trainer and his passion is an evident that sparkles through his spectacular ideas of presentation and training.
Mus continue his journey of success by setting his new business goals. He re – structure his business organization and add on a new strategies. He starts to polish his skills in managing offices and build up an organization. Here, he tremendously has three offices; Business Development Centre, RICH Optimus Room and RICH Optimus Administration. With these three new success magnets, Mus is expecting a very big change in his business. He is visualizing that his business will be recognize internationally and success will be his and his team. He always with his favorite mantra “For Things to Change, I MUST Change First”. This mantra will keep him and his team bond together and keep them strong in their JOURNEY TO SUCCESS….
